We're an independent kitchen specialist in Hove - so the certifications, factories and supply chains aren't ours to claim. What we can do is choose who we partner with carefully. Our suppliers - chiefly Stori and Blossom Avenue Kitchens - take their environmental footprint seriously, and that's a big part of why we work with them.

Sustainable Forestry
Doors and cabinetry built from timber traced through Chain of Custody Certification, so we can show where the wood comes from. Look for FSC C013906 and PEFC/16-37-875 on the products in our Blossom Avenue range.
Renewable Energy
Continued investment in renewable energy across the manufacturing sites we work with, reducing the carbon footprint baked into every cabinet, door and drawer that leaves the factory.
Less Waste

Our kitchen refurbishments are supplied by Stori & BA, whose approach runs from material selection through to in-house manufacturing processes. Combined with the five-year-plus warranties they offer as standard, it means Stori & BA kitchens are built to last - which is the most environmentally responsible thing any kitchen can do.
Our Honest Position
The certifications, machinery and vehicles described above belong to our suppliers, not to The Cabinet Door Shop. We don't pretend otherwise. What we control is who we choose to work with - and we'd rather partner with manufacturers who care about sustainability and quality than chase the cheapest cabinet on the market.
