Sink, dishwasher, washing machine, water filters and any re-routing of supply or waste.
Electrics
Sockets, lighting, extractor wiring, under-cabinet lighting and any consumer-unit work needed.
Gas
Hob disconnection and reconnection by Gas Safe engineers, plus any move of the gas point.
Plastering
Patching after units come out, skimming new walls and getting everything ready for the decorator.
Tiling
Splashbacks, full-height tiling and stone slabs - cut to fit around sockets, sinks and worktops.
Decorating
Walls, ceilings and woodwork, sequenced after the dusty trades so the finish stays clean.
Building work
Knocking through, removing or rebuilding walls, and minor structural changes where the design needs it.
Flooring
Lifting old flooring, levelling subfloors and laying new tile, LVT or wood at the right point in the build.

We plan the full sequence of works, book and brief every trade, oversee the site day to day, handle snagging as we go and coordinate deliveries so everything lands when it's needed.
Plumbers, electricians, Gas Safe engineers, plasterers, tilers, decorators, flooring fitters and builders for any knock-throughs or minor structural work. They're all people we've worked with for years, so the standard of work is consistent with our own.
No, we consider project management part of the service when you choose us.
It honestly depends on the size of the kitchen and the trades on a project. Some door changes can take a few days, whereas some full kitchen projects can take 2-3 weeks. You'll be given a fit date and an estimate of the time it will take, so you know from the start.
Unfortunately, sometimes unexpected events can take place. Because we're managing the project, we deal with it directly. We'll let you know, sort the trade response, and adjust the programme so the overall timeline holds where we can.
